Overall a really good stay of surprises. Overall clean venue with comfortable location close to downtown. Attentive staff, well-kept rooms on the top floors. Great to have an in-house restaurant for breakfast.

The club downstairs was VERY noisy. My bed was vibrating with the bass and I was on the 4th floor. When I complained to the hotel staff, they were kind enough to move me to the 7th floor, however, I could still hear the bass (I was no longer able to feel the bass at least). I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Check in girl was not friendly and very rude. There were no glasses in the room. We were not even able order a drink to take to our room.

I honestly did not like any part of this hotel, it is a dive.
The desk girl was rude upon check in, found dirty kleenex by the bed, a mans watch as well. My room smelled of stale smoke and booze, though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Pillow protector had huge stain on it, very visible but obviously housekeeping lazy they just put a clean pillowcase over it. Made sure when I left that I stripped all of the bedding off the beds. 3 white towels in bathroom, one gray. People next door came in late and were very loud partying, could not get an answer at the desk when I called down. Same girl upon check out and she was still just as rude the next morning as the day before. Told her about the dirty room, gave her the watch, and told her that the cabinet that held the tiny fridge was broken, she didnt really seem to care. Would never recommend this hotel. The pictures on the net are extremely misleading as I did not have a very nice room.
